DELVIO Ltd. is based in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. We design and develop custom digital learning and practical AI that fits how your teams already work.
On the learning side that means scenario-based courses, simulations, microlearning, and gamified modules, including Storyline, Rise, SCORM, and xAPI. On the AI side we run small practical pilots — especially document work and assistants — attached to existing L&D and workflow work. Samples are on the portfolio and in the interactive lab.
Clients include Export Development Canada, KPMG, Pinterest, PagerDuty, Lutron, Enbridge, Green Shield, and the University of Oklahoma. Tools and standards we ship: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, WCAG 2.1 AA, English and French.
On EDC mandatory programs, completion has been near-complete (over 95% ahead of due dates; 98–100% on recent enterprise work), with high learner satisfaction. One xAPI rebuild improved scenario-based assessment scores by over 25% versus the prior SCORM delivery. Repeat engagements typically reuse 65–85% of assets.
Work on EDC programs contributed to a Brandon Hall Group 2023 Bronze (Best Compliance Training), a Brandon Hall Group 2023 Gold (Best Learning Program that Supports and Promotes Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), and a Canadian HR Awards 2021 Silver (Best Learning and Development Strategy).
