AI pilots
A starting framework for practical AI — small pilots attached to the learning and workflow work we already do with you. Not a product catalog.
How we approach AI
Honest scope: we start with pilots tied to existing L&D or day-to-day workflow work — especially documents and assistants.
Document work
Help teams draft, summarize, extract, and organize material that already sits beside courses, SOPs, and client packs — with a human still in the loop.
Assistants
Small assistants grounded in your own documents and course content, so answers stay close to what you already publish and train on.
Attached to L&D
AI is useful when it supports the learning work: storyboard prep, SME drafts, job aids, or follow-up practice — not as a separate brochure product line.
Small pilots first
We size a pilot to prove value on one workflow, then decide what is worth keeping. No fake case-study metrics, no “AI solutions catalog.”
Your data stays where it belongs
Where content and personal information must stay within defined perimeters, we treat that as a hard constraint and act as information custodians under the contract: used only for the agreed purpose, protected through its lifecycle, and stored the way you agree — not shipped to a public tool by default.
Agreed purpose only
We collect, use, and disclose client and personal information only for the purposes defined in the engagement. When the work ends, retention and destruction follow what you and the contract require.
Store as you agree
Prefer your VPN, VDI, on-prem, or approved tenant. Confidentiality, integrity, and availability stay front of mind. When residency or perimeter rules matter, we plan to those boundaries and say so if a tool or region would break them.
Access with controls
Before anyone needs your classified information or networks, we complete the screening and custodian steps your organization requires. Confidential and non-public material gets least privilege and clear handling rules — not casual sharing.
Security you can check
We align with recognized information-security and privacy expectations (such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 frameworks, or a comparable bar you set), keep people trained on cyber risks, and notify you promptly of any confirmed privacy or security incident affecting your data — then help contain it. Subcontractors on the work are held to a compatible standard. Humans on your side still approve what becomes training or operational content.
Example directions
Illustrative only — possible pilot ideas, not delivered case studies or guaranteed results.
Course and policy packs
Summarize or restructure long SME material into drafts your instructional designers can edit.
Internal knowledge helper
A narrow assistant over a controlled set of policies or course docs, with clear limits and human review.
Next to learning delivery
Light automation beside an LMS or content pipeline — triage, tagging, or first-pass drafts — sized as a pilot.
