- Who this is for. The DELVIO Connector (the "Connector") is a private integration built and operated by DELVIO Ltd. ("DELVIO"), 116 Chemin de la Sablière, Mont-Tremblant, Quebec J8E 1N6, Canada. It connects DELVIO's in-house bookkeeping assistant to DELVIO's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not sold, licensed or offered to anyone else.
- License. Only DELVIO and its authorized personnel may use the Connector, and only for DELVIO's internal bookkeeping and financial reporting. No other person or company is granted any right to use it.
- What it does. With permission from a DELVIO QuickBooks administrator, the Connector reads accounting data (for example accounts, transactions, customers, vendors and reports) through Intuit's QuickBooks Online Accounting API. It can also create and update accounting records, but this capability is turned off by default and can be turned on only by DELVIO's owner through a separate server setting.
- In-house processing. The Connector and DELVIO's AI assistant run on computers owned by DELVIO in its office in Quebec. QuickBooks data is not sent to any outside AI service.
- No warranty. The Connector is provided "as is" for internal use. Outputs from the assistant must be reviewed by a person before they are relied on for accounting, tax or legal decisions.
- Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Connector is not made or endorsed by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit's own terms.
- Disconnecting. A QuickBooks administrator can disconnect the Connector at any time in QuickBooks Online (currently Integrations > Manage integrations, then the more icon and Disconnect) or at https://www.delvioltd.com/qbo/disconnect.html. After disconnection, DELVIO deletes the stored connection tokens.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, DELVIO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Connector.
- Governing law. The laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
